Sinopec ZRCC in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, recently welcomed its "old friend" - grey herons. Thousands of grey herons come here to nest and breed every March, living near the the plant site, and creating harmony between human and nature.

Migrant bird serves as the testament of good ecology. Egrets are extremely picky about their living environment. There are three essential requirements for them to choose breeding place——dense vegetation, stable water sources, and sufficient food. ZRCC is the first "Egrets Nature Reserve" in a petrochemical complex in China. With a greenery coverage rate of 42%, the site provides egrets with a warm home.
